Canadian Black Belt Camp

The Canadian Black Belt Camp 2026 was held from June 19^th to 21^st, in the North Okanagan region of Western Canada. The camp was organized by Shihan Stuart Corrigal, IKO Canada Branch Chief. 50 IKO Canadian black belts participated in the camp covering Kihon, Ido, Kata, Bunkai, Kumite, Goshin Jitsu, and Happo-no-Kuzushi. The camp also marked one of the final stages of the 2026 IKO Black Belt Grading process being conducted in Canada this year, making it a significant milestone for many participants on their Kyokushin journey.
