Shihan Katsuhito Gorai led the sessions targeting IKO high ranking members.  Two sessions were taught by Kancho Matsui, who focused on the importance of basic training and encouraged all participants to use their imagination and creativity in applying basic techniques to further develop their and their students&#8217; skills.
