Bulgarian National Summer Camp was held from 7\/26 to 31 in the Blacksea town of Primorsko, Bulgaria, organized by Sensei Emil Kostov. Shihan Seiji Isobe, IKO South America Chairman from Brazil is the guest instructor this year. About 160 Bulgarian members attended this camp to make the most of Shihan Isobe’s teaching. Day 3 and 4 started with Mokuso at 4:30am for 30 minutes in Seiza on the beach for waiting for sunrise. Shihan Isobe’s training was very hard and enlightening. Shihan Isobe travels extensively to conduct seminars, so we hope all IKO members have an opportunity to train with him someday. <\/p>\n
