IKO member who wish to visit Honbu Dojo (Head Quarter) and its directly manage Dojos in Tokyo areas as "Degeiko" or visitor, please use this form for approval. We welcome your visit to Honbu Dojo for training!　

1) This form must be sent by appointed Branch Chief /Dojo Operator to Honbu by way of e-mail and the same copy should be brought by the member student who wish to take class as "Degeiko" student.

2) Maximum length of "Degeiko" is three months. "Degeiko" more than three months must register as as Japanese member system.

3) Honbu or other Japanese Branches will not provide VISA assistance for "Degeiko."
