Poland Autumn Camp

The 4th Sanbon Seminar (Poland Autumn Camp) took place on November 8th and 9th in Ostroda, organized by IKO Poland Branch Chief Shihan Jacek Czerniec and Sensei Artur Malz. Mayor of Ostroda City, Mr. Rafal Dąbrowski, officially opened the seminar. Shihan Taichiro Sugimura was a guest instructor and covered Kihon, Ido, Kata and Kumite techniques. More than 150 IKO Poland members from 23 dojos enjoyed this 2-day camp.
