Bulgarian Winter Camp

The 11th Bulgarian Winter Camp was organized by Bulgaria Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov, from February 22nd to 25th in Kranevo. More than 150 IKO Bulgaria members attended the camp. Shihan Kostov focused Kihon, Ido-Geiko, Kumite and Sensei Gergana Kostova covered Kata. The camp was a great preparation opportunity for Bulgarian competitors to compete the upcoming European Championships on May 18th and 19th in Varna.
