The 20^th Bulgarian Summer Camp was organized by Bulgaria Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov from July 21^st to 25^th in Varna. Shihan Seiji Isobe, Brazil, led the camp for more than 200 IKO members form Bulgaria, France, Netherlands, Poland and Turkey. Shihan Isobe focused on Kihon and Ido combinations. On the 4^th day of the camp, the morning training started with 30 minutes in seiza postion, in "Mokuso" meditation, before the sunrise. 70 karatekas took Kyu and Dan examination to complete the camp.
