The 4th Poland Black Belt Seminar was organized by Poland Branch Chief, Shihan Andrzej Manecki on May 27th in Siemianowice Śląskie. Approximately 100 black belts from Poland, Czech Republic and Germany participated and Shihan Tsutomu Wakiuchi from Italy led the sessions.
