The annual Canadian Winter Camp was organized from February 24th to 26th in the North Okanagan region of British Columbia, by Canadian Branch Chief Shihan Stuart Corrigal. 74 Canadian members participated from 16 Dojos. Training included all aspects of Kyokushin Karate; Kihon, Ido Kihon, Kata & Kumite. A session on conditioning was held to give all participants a number of helpful hints to improve overall physical fitness levels.
