The 49th IKO Poland Summer Camp was held from August 11 to 14 in Lublin, organized by IKO Poland Branch Chief Shihan Jacek Czerniec, under the leadership of Shihan Katsuhito Gorai and Shihan Shin Ito. 350 participants from countries including Austria, France, Reunion, Spain, Finland, Romania, Czech Republic, Holland, Hungary, Germany, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Poland participated in this 4-day camp. Participants spent a lot of time on Kata Bunkai - interpretations of the attack and defense techniques as well as Kihon, Ido Geiko and Kumite.
