The 2nd Polish Black Belt Seminar was held in Siemianowice Slaskie on June 5th. IKO Polish Branch Chief, Shihan Andrzej Manecki led the seminar and approximately 100 Polish black belt members including IKO Polish Branch Chiefs, Shihan Jacek Czerniec, Edward Urbanczyk, Roman Wozniak, Agnieszka Sypien and many Dojo Operators attended.
