Swiss Summer Camp was held from June 28th to 30th in Lausanne, organized by IKO Swiss Branch Chief Sensei Giuseppe Biancaniello. Sensei Djema Belkhodja, France, was the guest instructor. Outdoor training covered 10km run and stamina training at a beach of Lake Geneva. Indoor training covered kihon, ido, kata, and kumite techniques and Dan test concluded the camp. Osu!
