Bulgaria Summer Camp was held at Varna from July 26th to 31st, organized by IKO Bulgaria Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov. Shihan Seiji Isobe led the camp. 160 IKO members from 6 countries including Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Canada, Serbia, and Turkey, enjoyed this 5-day training. Shihan Isobe taught two trainings per day and emphasized importance of basic movements in kihon-geiko, kata and endurance exercises. On the third day of the Seminar, the morning workout started 30 min in mokuso in seiza position, meeting the sunrise on the beach. Dan and Kyu promotion examination was held at the end of the camp.
