IKO Training Seminar was held from May 21 to May 26 in Myintkyina and Yangon, organized by IKO Myanmar Branch Chief Shihan Min Lwin. Guest instructor was Shihan Artur Hovhannisyan. The seminar was held in two locations to accommodate all IKO Myanmar members, and approximately 500 members enjoyed the training. Participants practiced Kihon, Kata, Bunkai, and Kumite focusing on the new rules. All Asian Weight Category Championships will be held on July 27 in Shanghai, China.
