IKO Bulgaria Winter Camp was organized by IKO Bulgaria Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov from February 7th to 10th in Kranevo. Approximately 100 IKO members from Bulgaria and Romania participated. Training sessions were led by the two-time World Weight Champion Sensei Zenjuro Mori from Japan. Two sessions per day were conducted to cover from kihon to kumite, and Sensei Mori especially emphasized the new rules in kumite and breathing techniques. Osu!
