Bulgaria Training Seminar was held at Varna from September 6th to 9th, organized by IKO Bulgaria Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov. Kancho Shokei Matsui, assisted by Shihan Katsuhito Gorai, led the camp. 220 IKO members from 12 countries including Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, France, Spain, Hungary, Russia, Iran, UK, Norway, and Turkey, enjoyed this rare opportunity training directly with Kancho Matsui. Kancho explained concept of the new rules both full and semi contact technique in details, and importance how to focus on daily training and life.
