The 5th Bulgarian Winter Camp was organized from February 8th to 11th in Varna by IKO Bulgarian Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov. IKO Russian Branch Chief Shihan Karen Gyadukyan and Sensei Tariel Nikoleishvili former World Open Champion, were guest instructors from Moscow. More than 100 IKO members from Bulgaria and Romania had a rare opportunity to train with the World Champion. The training was focused on kumite, physical preparation for championships and techniques related to the new rules. Judge seminar and Dan/Kyu examination were conducted during the camp. IKO Bulgaria will host the Balkan Tournament in Kranevo on March 17th and the European Championships in Varna, on May 19th & 20th. Osu!
