The 8th IKO LA Seminar and the 3rd LA Cup Kata Championships were held in Manhattan Beach, CA on October 14th and 15th, organized by IKO Los Angeles Branch Chief Shihan Patrick Fard. The 2-day seminar was led by Los Angeles area Branch Chiefs Shihan Fard, Shihan Taku Nakasaka and Sensei Takashi Hasegawa. Approximately 70 participants from California enjoyed indoor and morning beach sessions. To conclude the seminar, LA Kata Championships was conducted. For Sayonara Party, all participants celebrated Shihan Fard's Manhattan Beach Branch's 30th anniversary. Osu!
