IKO Hungary Seminar was organized by IKO Hungary Branch Chief Shihan Attila Badar in Debrecen from October 20th to 22nd. The seminar was led by IKO Bulgarian Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov and Sensei Gergana Kostova. The training sessions were separated by age and rank, and a Q & A session to Shihan was also held. The seminar covered kihon, kata, bunkai, kumite including new rules, stamina & strength, breathing and mental training.
