The annual IKO LA Seminar was held on September 17 and 18, 2016 in Manhattan Beach, California, organized by IKO USA Branch Chief, Shihan Patrick Fard, and supported by IKO USA Branch Chiefs, Shihan Taku Nakasaka , Sensei Takashi Hasegawa and Shihan Brian Bastien. The event welcomed 70 participants from across the western USA and Canada to the 2-day session.
