The German Summer Camp was held from August 3 to 8, 2016, in Scharbeutz, organized by IKO Germany Branch Chief Sensei Slawomir Urbanczyk. Sensei Yuta Sawamura from IKO Honbu was a guest instructor, and 74 participants including IKO Poland Branch Chief Shihan Jacek Czerniec, enjoyed the training. Each day was split into 4 training sessions. The morning training was a stamina session, followed by Kihon and Ido Geiko at the beach, then Kumite training in the afternoon, and Kata & Bunkai sessions in the evening. The camp was completed with Kyu/Dan test and sayonara party.
