The 21st annual All American Open International Karate Championships were held in New York City, USA, on June 18, 2016. Approximately 100 competitors from 15 countries participated ranging in age from 5 to 50+. New 2016 winners include, Mario Jasko, Yokozuna Women's Champion, and Goderzi Kapanadze, 2016 Men's All American Open Champion. Kancho Matsui presided over the event, and conducted an IKO International Training Seminar for nearly 60 people, including the 1st Women's World Open Champion, Anastasia Khripunova, and Men's 10th World Open Champion, Tariel Nikoleishivili, on Sunday, June 19 at the IKO USA New York Branch.
