IKO Poland Fighters Camp and Young Lions Camp was held at Naleczow, Poland, from February 26 to 28, 2016, organized by IKO Poland Branch Chief Shihan Jacek Cerniec. Sensei Makoto Akaishi, IKO Honbu and Sensei Godarzi Kapanadze, Russia, were guest instructors. Training sessions for the 286 participants, including 54 children, were separated into 3 groups: children, adults & teens, and championships competitors, and covered fighting strategy, conditioning and drills.
