The 3rd Bulgarian Winter Camp was held at the national sports complex in the village of Kranevo near Varna from February 11 to 14. Approximately 90 members participated the camp organized by IKO Bulgaria Branch Chief Shihan Emil Kostov.
The camp had two training sessions a day and the participants trained ido-geiko, kata and kumite. Most participants were competitors so Shihan Kostov took more time on Kumite as preparation for the upcoming Balkan Weight Category Championships which will be held in Varna on March 13. There also was special training for 11th World Open Champion Zahari Damyanov as he prepares for the 100 Man Kumite which will take place in Honbu -Daikanyama Dojo on April 23.
The camp finished with a Kyu Test on the last day.
