IKO Czech Republic Winter Camp was held at Ostrava on January 9 -10, 2016 organized by IKO Czech Republic Branch Chief , Senpai Jan Soukup. Senpai Zenjyuro Mori from Japan was Guest instructor, and led the camp, which covered specifically fighting technique, conditioning and kumite, in preparation for championships.
