IKO International Training Camp was held at Mt. Mitsumine in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, on April 20th & 21st the day after the 2015 International Karate Friendship.
Approximately 100 members from all over the world participated along with IKO President Kancho Shokei Matsui, Shihan Yuzo Goda, Shihan Peter Chong, Shihan Kenny Uytenbogaardt, Shihan Katsuhito Gorai, Shihan Stuart Corrigal and Branch Chiefs. The first day started with Sosai Oyama's 21st memorial service with the Japanese Branch Chiefs and IKO officials. After the memorial service, training started with Kancho Matsui leading the way followed by a Dan test to end the day.
Second day training started early morning at 6am for 1hour 30 minutes mainly focusing on Kumite. After breakfast and cleaning, participants walked down the mountain for the traditional waterfall training to finish the 2 day camp.
