The IKO Moldova Karate Championship was held on December 21st, 2013 in Kaushani, Moldova organized by Branch Chief Traian Velixar. The championship was among all age and weight categories from 8 years of age with the championship summing the year, testing the work of trainers and fighters.
Dojos from new regions, Soroca, Ungheni and Floresti took part with participants doing well showing the dynamic growth of skill levels in these regions. The championship started from the children categories showing very beautiful and difficult technique, strength of mind with fellow participants giving good support. Despite the lack of international experience, the referees showed a very good level of refereeing.
