The 23nd Educational and Training Seminar was held on December 1st, 2013 in Dneprodzerzhinsk, Ukraine under the direction of Branch Chiefs Shihan Anatoliy Matiushin and Shihan Victor Matiushin. 60 Members participated.
After the seminar there was a Kyu Test with 53 students taking part.
