The 45th All Japan Open Karate Tournament

The 45th All Japan Open Karate Tournament was held on Nov.2nd and 3rd at the Tokyo Taikukan.Top fighters from
Japan and oversee, a total of 128 participated in the 2
day open weight tournament.
Syouki Arata(JAPAN) and Goderzi Kapanadze(RUSSIA) withdrew
due to injury but young upcoming fighters from Japan and Russia put in some
exciting performances to make the tournament alive. Kyohei Ajima (JAPAN), last year's 6th place in this tournament defeated current champion Alejandro
Navarro (SPAIN) in the final to became the All Japan Champion of this year.
