A weight category tournament was held in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine on November 23rd, 2013 under the direction of Branch Chiefs Shihan Victor Matiushin and Shihan Anatoliy Matiushin. The tournament had categories for boys age 8 to 17, girls aged 10 to 17 ,women and men.
185 members participated the tournament from Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kiev, Kharkov and the Autonomous republic of Crimea which was held mainly for the preparation of the 2014 International Friendship Tournament to be held in Japan in April, 2013.
A Judge seminar was also held to improve the quality of refereeing.
