The 4th West Russian Black Belt Conference was held from October 4th to 6th, 2013 in Moscow under the guidance of Branch Chiefs Shihan Victor Belov and Sensei Alexei Bashlykov. The conference brought together more than 70 black belts from 20 regions of western Russia. The conference program included a study of Kihon, Ido Geiko, Kata and Kumite.
A Referee seminar was held with the analysis of the main points of refereeing tournaments in kumite. Also Shihan Victor Belov lectured the importance of keeping the tradition.
