A Tournament Preparation Session was held on September 28th, 2013 in Sosnowiec, Poland led by Branch Chief Shihan Eugeniusz Dadzibug. The main goal of this event was to improve the skills before the 7th European Junior Championships planned for October 26th in Katowice, Poland.
Over 80 members, especially competitors with a lot of experience in Polish and European tournaments participated from Katowice, Chrzanow, Czestochowa, Gliwice, Nysa, Bielsko-Biala and Sosnowiec.
Training of Kihon, Kata and Kumite were led by Shihan Dadzibug to give a chance to all participants to benefit as much as possible to strengthen their minds and bodies, but also prepare themselves for the upcoming tournament. The session ended with a Sayonara Party.
