Southern Poland Summer Camp in Lazy

Main.jpg The Southern Poland Summer Camp was held from August 3rd to 13th, 2013 at the Baltic seaside in Lazy, Poland organized by Branch Chief Shihan Eugeniusz Dadzibug. 120 participants from Sosnowiec, Chrzanow and Katowice took part.
The main focus was daily training of karate techniques: kihon, kata and kumite - in different conditions and places. There were also other activities: kata tournament, sumo classes, football match, yoga and stretching elements, self-defense techniques session, aqua park trip, pirate day and the famous 20 km run along the beach.
The Schedule of the camp was very tight, but as always, the camp offered all the participants the possibility to challenge their limits and not to limit the challenges.
Traditionally, at the end of the camp, there was a Kyu promotion exam and a sayonara party.
