The International Baikal Summer Camp was held from July 29th to August 4th, 2013 in Baikal Lake in the Irkutsk Region of Russia organised by Branch Chief Shihan Valeriy Pukas. The guest instructor was Shihan Taichiro Sugimura from Honbu Japan. 191 members participated from the Republic of Hakkasia, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Transbaikalian, Khabarovsk and Amursk regions. There was also a Kyu Test with over 100 members participating with 70 passing the test.
