A training camp was held on April 14th, 2013 in Lomza, Poland organized by Official Dojo Operator Senpai Dariusz Syrnicki. Participants trained Kihon, Kata and Kumite led by Polish DOP Shihan Jan Gruba. The main goal was to prepare competitors for the European Championship 2013 and International Friendship Tournament in April. 60 competitors participated from Lomza, Warszawa, Olsztyn, Otwock, Ostroleka, Ostrow Mazowiecka, Augustow, Brok, Jozefow and Piaseczno. Amongst the paticipants were Polish representatives such as Agnieszka Winek, Katarzyna Krajza-Moczydlowska, Emilia Plaszczynska, Aleksandra Wieczorek, Aleksandra Zajkowska and Maria Jasko.
