A training camp was held on March 9th, 2013 in Ostroleka, Poland organized by Official Dojo Operator Wieslaw Orzol.Participants trained Kihon, Kata and Kumite led by Polish DOP Shihan Jan Gruba. The main goal was to prepare competitors for the European Championship 2013 and International Friendship Tournament in April. 60 competitors participated from Ostroleka, Warszawa, Olsztyn, Otwock, Bialystok, Augustow, Lomza, Przasnysz, Szczytno, Wloclawek, Jozefow and Piaseczno. Amongst the paticipants were Polish representatives preparing for the upcoming International Frendship Tournament in Japan such as Anna Kaczynska Youssfi , Agnieszka Winek, Emilia Plaszczynska, Marek Wieczorek, Aleksandra Wieczorek, and Skander Youssfi.
