Two training camps were held on February 16th, 2013 in Warsaw, Poland at the Military University of Technology organized by DOP Shihan Jan Gruba. The first was for juniors　preparing for the European Junior Championship 2013 and the second for competitors preparing for IKO international events. 60 competitors participated from Warsaw, Olsztyn, Ostroleka, Ciechanow, Przasnysz, Ostrow Mazowiecka, Lomza, Jozefow, Otwock, and Piaseczno.
The camp started with kihon and kata training lead by Shihan Jan Gruba. After lunch break participants trained Kicks, Kumite and Kumite with judges. In Kumite seniors trained besides young juniors and amongst them were Polish representatives preparing for the upcoming World Weight Category and International Friendship Tournament in April such as Piotr Moczydlowski, Agnieszka Winek and Emilia Płaszczynska.
