The 23rd Traditional Summer Camp was held from July 22-28th in Kizomys, Ukraine organized by Branch Chief Shihan Sergey Vsevolodov. 404 participants from Ukraine, Russia, Moldova and Czech Republic trained 7 days under the hot Kherson sun. Participants were divided into 3 groups(youth, adult, senior) and trained 4 times a day on 1.5-2 hour sessions. The training included flexibility, Bunkai, various kumite techniques as well as 15 kilometer cross-country, fight training in the water and competitions in sumo. There also was a Kyu/Dan examination and on that day participants went to the beach at 4:40am to train at sunrise.
