The German Summer Camp was held from July 24th to 28th in Tönning, Germany organized by Branch Chief Sensei Slawek Urbanczyk. The camp had 70 participants with head instructor Sensei Ryu Narushima from Honbu and Branch Chief and Dojo Operator from Poland and Austria also visiting as participants. The camp focused on getting the right technique and speed in Kihon, Ido and Kata. The aspects of training, instructions, and interpretations were soaked in like "a sponge" by all the participants. Sensei Narushima's training methods opened a new world of training methods for some of the old Karatekas, black belts and figthers. There was a Dan/Kyu examination to finish off the camp.
