The Moldovan Winter Seminar was held from February, 24th~26th in Chisinau city organised by newly appointed branch chief Traian Velixar. BC Shihan Sergey Vsevolodov from Ukraine was invited as a guest instructor. The first official event organised by BC Velixar was tense, full of information and energy.
