The 28th All Japan Weight Categories Championships was held at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium on June 11&12 as the Red Cross and IKO disaster relief fund Charity Tournament. 213 fighters from all across the country competed in 4 categories.It also was a qualifier for the Japanese Fighters for the 10th World Tournament which will be held in Tokyo from November 4th～6th. A total of 9 fighters - Winners of there respective category, the runners up from the middle, light heavy and heavy weight category and 3rd
place from the light heavy and heavy weight category qualified for the world tournament.
