On February 21~23, Sensei Masafumi Tagahara, Osaka-Namihaya branch chief, a two times All Japan weight in 1996, 2001 and a World weight category (-70kg) Champion in 2002, visited Perm city in Central Russia for winter camp instruction and Dan/Kyu examination. The camp attendance exceeded 300 was organized by IKO Branch Chief, Shihan Alexander Alymov. Sensei Tagahara led with many elaborated training menus; warm-up with many types of footworks, various basics facing partners, Ido geiko, Kata including Tekki 3, Kumite and stretching.
